Trump-backed crypto project World Liberty Financial has purchased 636,961 BUILDon (B) tokens in support of the project. Following the purchase, the token shot up by nearly 530%.

According to data from CoinMarketCap, the B token has jumped by more than 533% in the past 24 hours. It is currently trading hands at $0.21.

The token’s daily trading volume also soared alongside its recent price jump, increasing by 725% to about $770 million.

The token’s recent performance highs were likely fueled by the recent investment made by World Liberty Financial. On May 22, the project announced that it had purchased a large chunk of B tokens in order to support the BUILDon team.

Before World Liberty Financial made their recent investment into B tokens, the BUILDon project had initially announced it would provide support for USD1 as a core trading pair on May 15. This marked the the first step for B to become linked with the WLFI ecosystem.
