A TikTok user has revealed which two pence coins can go for thousands of pounds if you find a specific kind. Coin Collecting Wizard shared the information with his 183,000 followers in a recent video.

He described the 2p coin and claimed you'll need to scoop the 1983 version.

He continued: "So now we know 1971 is just 2p, let's talk about the rare one. The 1983 New Pence coin was a mistake in Royal Mint coin packs when they changed the wording from New Pence to Two Pence.
