Mocaverse 攜手 Ton 將大眾帶入 Web3

A recent collaboration between Mocaverse, a non-fungible token (NFT) collection from Animoca Brands, and Ton Blockchain aims to integrate the masses into the emerging web3 space.

Mocaverse, launched in March 2023, is an NFT collection that spans 8,888 characters known as Mocas, hosted on the Ethereum blockchain network. The project serves to amplify Animoca Brands' ecosystem of Web3 and metaverse-oriented initiatives.

This partnership will see Mocaverse combine its 900 million users with TON's 700 million users, creating a collective addressable user base of 1.6 billion+. Moca Network, aiming to become the network of networks, will utilize TON as the anchor partner to spearhead cross-ecosystem growth, with further partnerships anticipated within the broader TON ecosystem app.

To facilitate this, Mocaverse and TON Foundation will establish a steering committee that will oversee partnership initiatives and a treasury for ecosystem growth. Both parties will contribute a portion of $TON and $MOCA from the token swap agreement, valued at $20 million, to support cross-user pollination and drive user acquisition to the TON ecosystem through the PointFi system and onboarding apps.

The announcement of this partnership has had a noticeable impact on the Mocaverse NFT collection. According to CoinGecko, an on-chain crypto market data aggregator and NFT collection explorer, the trading sales volume for Mocaverse NFTs has surged by over 100% today.

In the past 24 hours, the Mocaverse NFT collection has generated a trading sales volume of 20 ETH, reflecting an increase of 106% compared to the previous day. Notably, the floor price of Mocaverse NFTs has also risen, surging from 1.38 ETH to 1.48 ETH shortly after the announcement. The NFT collection currently boasts a market cap of 13,119 ETH.
