Introducing USX, a Synthetic Stablecoin Optimized for Sustainable Yield on Solana

A $1 billion digital asset investment firm is launching a new stablecoin on Solana that will be accessible to both institutions and everyday users.

Deus X Capital-backed Solstice Labs today announced USX, a synthetic stablecoin optimized for sustainable yield. Launching this summer, USX will offer permissionless access to a native yield protocol with over $100 million in committed total value locked (TVL), offering users institutional-grade returns through automated delta-neutral trading strategies.

The USX peg will be maintained by the 1:1 collateralization of fiat-backed stablecoins, such as USDC and USDT, and partnerships with some of the biggest market makers and liquidity providers in the industry. Users will be able to lock USX into Solstice’s YieldVault to access real-time returns generated through off-chain funding-rate arbitrage and dynamically hedged staking-yield strategies, leveraging a 3-year track record showing 19.2% average over the last 12-months and protected by a dedicated insurance fund.
