According to the latest reports, the delay is primarily attributed to some cryptocurrency exchanges requiring additional time to prepare for the hard fork. Notably, Binance, one of the largest crypto exchanges, is yet to complete the necessary preparations.

While a significant portion (80%) of SPOs have already prepared for the update, only 28% of exchanges have updated to the required version.
