The crypto analyst Count Danko took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to comment on the Bitcoin (BTC) price action as it trades above the $107,000 zone.

Despite the bullish outlook, Danko highlighted a factor that could make investors cautious.

What Happened: Crypto analyst Danko noted that the Bitcoin price rally is being driven by big perpetuals to push higher and squeeze last week's highs. He cautioned investors to be aware of these types of moves early in the week.

The crypto analyst pointed out that the rapid rise in Open Interest is something investors would want to see decrease.

However, even if the Bitcoin price manages to stay above the $107,000 level and the Open Interest begins to decrease, Danko suggested that investors should still proceed with caution.

"This is a +/- $680M perp move to squeeze LPs and last week's high. Be cautious with these types of moves early in the week. In a recent X post, the analyst noted that there is still a lot of work to be done and that investors should not get too excited about the recent Bitcoin price rally.

The crypto analyst noted that the U.S. CPI data, which is due later today, could decide whether there will be any Fed rate cuts this year. Meanwhile, the PPI inflation data comes out tomorrow, which could impact the Fed's decision.
