BNB's strong performance this year is largely due to the الكبير rebound in 2024 from the market crash in 2022/2023. While Bitcoin and Ethereum began to recover from the bear market last year, Binance's legal issues throughout 2023 largely prevented BNB from joining the rally, causing it to lag behind the other two major cryptocurrencies.

In 2021, the price of BNB reached a high of over $650, but the following year it crashed to just over $200 as the market downturn began. While Bitcoin and Ethereum both rebounded in 2023, rising to around $40,000 and $3,200, respectively, by the end of the year, BNB remained largely flat, closing 2023 at just over $200.

As of August 2024, TRX has risen only 18% since the beginning of the year, with a -8% change in the last thirty days and a +6% change in the last seven days.

So not only after 2018 was TRX unable to return to its historical highs, but this year it also didn’t even manage to surpass the high of the last great bullrun.
