Bill was born in Mansfield, Ohio, on March 21, 1935, to Ray and Alice Loughman. He was a 1953 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School and proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean and Vietnam War eras.

Services will be held Friday, October 11, 2024, at First Congregational Church, 640 Millsboro Road, Mansfield, at 11:00 AM with Pastor Brad Bunn officiating. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to People Helping People or 33 Forever.
