암호화폐 거래소 바이낸스는 카르다노(ADA)와 폴리곤(MATIC)에 대한 향후 네트워크 업그레이드를 지원할 것이라고 발표했습니다.

Major crypto exchange Binance has announced support for the upcoming network upgrades for Cardano (ADA) and Polygon (MATIC).

주요 암호화폐 거래소 바이낸스는 카르다노(ADA)와 폴리곤(MATIC)에 대한 향후 네트워크 업그레이드 지원을 발표했습니다.

In separate announcements on Aug. 30, the exchange notified its customers and the broader crypto community that it would support Cardano’s Chang hard fork and Polygon’s MATIC to POL token migration.

8월 30일 별도의 발표를 통해 거래소는 고객과 광범위한 암호화폐 커뮤니티에 Cardano의 Chang 하드 포크와 Polygon의 MATIC에서 POL 토큰으로의 마이그레이션을 지원할 것이라고 알렸습니다.

The Cardano network is set to activate its highly anticipated Chang hard fork on Sept. 1, 2024. The upgrade will introduce voting and treasury systems as part of Cardano’s governance and decentralization efforts. The hard fork was initially delayed from an expected implementation date on Aug. 27 after key parties, including Binance, were not prepared for the fork.

In a post on Twitter, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson noted that the delay was to allow these crucial ecosystem players to prepare. As earlier reported by Cointelegraph, exchanges needed to hit the 85% threshold for the hard fork to proceed.

According to an update on Aug. 29, the staking pool operators (SPOs) threshold has also been reached. Decentralized applications (dApps) are also ready and a vote to go live is “unanimously” agreed on for Sept. 1.

Also getting Binance’s support is the upcoming Polygon token migration.

또한 Binance의 지원을 받는 것은 다가오는 Polygon 토큰 마이그레이션입니다.

The exchange will delist all MATIC trading pairs on Sept, 2024 at 03:00 UTC and add support for the new token with ticker POL. New POL trading pairs will go live on Sept. 13, 2024 at 10:00 UTC, Binance announced.

거래소는 2024년 9월 03:00 UTC에 모든 MATIC 거래 쌍을 상장폐지하고 티커 POL을 사용하여 새 토큰에 대한 지원을 추가할 예정입니다. 바이낸스는 새로운 POL 거래 쌍이 2024년 9월 13일 10:00 UTC에 출시될 것이라고 발표했습니다.

Polygon expects the MATIC to POL token swap to go live on Sept. 4. Per this earlier announcement, POL will facilitate native gas and staking fuctions on Polygon PoS before expanding to cover other network uses.
