Football-themed entertainment brand Toca Football has secured $35 million in new funding, including $15 million in equity.

The company has also received $20 million in debt financing from JP Morgan Commercial Banking.

With the new capital, the company plans to fuel Toca Social’s international growth and enable the expansion of its football training technology.

Toca has also extended its official partnership with Major League Soccer through 2036.

Following successful openings in London and Birmingham, UK, Toca is expanding its social entertainment footprint with a second venue in London and its first US-based Toca Social, opening in 2025 at Grandscape near Dallas, Texas.
