In a recent social media post, Ardoino accused the unidentified individual of being behind a company currently under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

He stressed that Tether remained unwavering in its commitment to upholding the safety and stability of the USDT ecosystem.

To address concerns about USDT's security, Ardoino highlighted Tether's extensive compliance measures. He emphasized the firm's adherence to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions list and its collaboration with law enforcement agencies worldwide. Tether also utilizes monitoring tools provided by Chainalysis, a leading blockchain forensics firm.
