EVM-compatible blockchain Kaia has officially gone live on mainnet, according to a statement from the Kaia team.

On Aug. 29, 2024, the Kaia blockchain, the latest EVM L1 with sub-second block time, is launching its mainnet operations. The network succeeds the Klaytn and Finschia blockchains and is set to become the backbone of the Web3 ecosystem in Korea.
