A class-action lawsuit filed in California's Northern District accuses the company of knowingly selling digital assets as securities, violating state laws.

The plaintiffs maintain that eight specific digital assets sold by the exchange, including Solana (SOL), Polygon (MATIC), and Uniswap (UNI), constitute securities under state law.
