The team behind the crypto game announced the delay in a message to the community, revealing that they are aiming to get listed on major exchanges, offer multiple trading options, and secure a proper listing price. They also mentioned other factors, such as compliance and market sentiment, that could potentially impact the delay.

“We are working hard to get listed on major exchanges, ensuring multiple trading options, and a proper listing price, among other aspects that are entirely out of our control but could potentially delay the process,” the team stated.

Notably, seed round investors, advisors, and the team will not receive any tokens at the TGE.

This ensures that no tokens are allocated to these parties at the TGE, with the aim of ensuring that the CATI token price can appreciate after listing, allowing the community to enjoy further benefits in the long run,” the team explained.

The crypto game also addressed another point of contention among players—its $100,000 donation to animal rights organization PETA. In response to the controversy surrounding PETA's practices, Catizen has temporarily halted the in-bot collaboration.
