The network will split tokens evenly between users and developers. Users will get tokens based on how much money they have in their Blast account and how active they’ve been on Blast-based apps. Blast originally planned the airdrop for May but delayed it, increasing users’ token allocations in the process.

India Fines Binance for Breaking Money Laundering Rules
