Binance Wallet Updates Its TGE Access Requirements for Privasea AI (PRAI) Token Generation Event

Binance is tightening access to the upcoming Privasea AI (PRAI) Token Generation Event (TGE) with newly defined Alpha Points requirements, according to an announcement.

The two-hour TGE window, set for May 14 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM UTC, will now be limited by specific user engagement metrics tied to Binance’s loyalty-based Alpha Points system.

This update marks a notable shift in how token launches are being handled on the platform, suggesting a pivot toward exclusive, reward-based participation frameworks.

Who Gets In: The Updated Criteria

According to the announcement by Binance Wallet’s official account, only users who meet one of the following two criteria will be eligible to join the PRAI TGE:

While high Alpha Point holders are directly cleared, the second condition adds a layer of randomness, sparking mixed reactions within the community. The combination of loyalty points and UID-based filtering is seen by some as an attempt to limit bot activity or reward long-time users.
