Birthday Celebration Numismatics! 🇦🇺 The latest one dollar coin set from the Royal Australian Mint (RAM) has arrived in my hands. These coins are designed after the birthday cake recipes published in the Australian Womens Weekly magazine. Definitely something quite unusual and one I was expecting from RAM. However at the time of this video publication, the coins have just been recently released and seem to be quite popular amongst Australian coin collectors, with many newsagents and coinstores reporting they have completely soldout! I was lucky enough to purchase these during my recent trip to Melbourne VIC. The coinstore I visited will be referred to in this video. I will also leave links to that store down below. As with many previous one dollar sets, RAM has included a random coin. These low mintage coins are always prized by collectors and I hope to find one during the course of this video.
