You Can't Trust This Bitcoin Pump

The market signals that this Bitcoin Pump is weak as leverage, ETF flows, New York Session and Coinbase premium suggest traders can expect downside.

Bitcoin Price action looks weak from multiple angles. Spot volume remain weak. Options are hedging for more downside. And ETF volumes just finished the first week of outflows. And it looks like mr "you know who" is making moves.

While a snappy narrative could change course overnight, don't expect a rescue here.

The DXY remains to gather strength without decimating markets. It's strength (or weakness) is critical for the coming months as the Fed will be forced into action either to save a faltering job market or jump back into the inflation fight.

And don't forget the Sovereign Debt Bubble Meme (or maybe it's just the "Everything Bubble") which is slowly gathering steam. Debt is "up only" and as long as people believe a default is possible, expect more interest in protective assets, such as Bitcoin (oddly enough, Bitcoin moves like a risk asset...).

But that doesn't mean you want to take chips off the table.

In fact, there are options trades that look juicy. And if you're more of an investor type, the Ethereum ecosystem is gearing up for a massive move. Now's the time to research.
