Huaxing Capital Holdings: Partner with YZi Labs to promote the listing of BNB Compliant Exchanges

Huaxing Capital Holdings announced a strategic cooperation with YZi Labs, planning to support the application of the BNB (Binance Coin) and the BNB Chain ecosystem by establishing a compliant exchange platform. The company plans to invest approximately US$100 million in the special allocation of BNB assets, and jointly develop fund-based products and Web3 related expansion with Huaxia Fund and other partners, and at the same time promote the implementation of BNB's licensed virtual asset exchange in Hong Kong. In addition, a hundreds of millions of USD RWA fund will be established and the use of Hong Kong listed companies in stablecoins and RWA scenarios will be expanded.
