Is HEX a Cycle 1 or 2 Token (HUGE Difference & Why it Matters)

There has not been a scenario before in crypto where a token was copied onto a new blockchain and the previous blockchain's entire system state was copied with it. That is what happened when PulseChain launched, copying over everything from Ethereum.
