There were many micro and macro factors involved with this decision. Even though I bought at the TOP, I still haven't spent one day regretting this decision. I don't ever plan on selling my bitcoin.

A few reasons we discussed that impacted my decision included:
- inflation - looking at the house prices in FIAT vs house prices in BTC
- dealing with tenants
- interest rates
- costs rising higher than the rent
- government implications
- high replacement costs
- stress/liability/crime
