Embarking on the Survivor Rescue side quest in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) presents you with a series of puzzle stages where your objective is to distribute medicine effectively. In addition to reaching the endpoint, collecting Gear Coins will grant you access to valuable Observation Data.

To commence the Survivor Rescue side quest, you must attain Chapter 1 Intermission. Proceed to Sixth Street and locate a man labeled as Hesitant Person within the back alley. He will subsequently post a request on the Inter-Knot, which you can accept.

Upon completing the tutorial section, you can promptly rescue one person in the Survivor Rescue's initial puzzle stage. This section poses no threats, and your task is to assist one individual and acquire a Gear Coin.
