In a blog post shared last week, Yuga Labs, through its Bored Ape Yacht Club X account, confirmed ready plans to launch its highly anticipated non-fungible token game Dookey Dash: Unclogged this week in partnership with Faraway. This Yuga Labs’ most hyped NFT game is slated to launch this week, on September 12, 2024. The Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT creator has allocated $1 million for the new winner.

The digital asset company is home to popular non-fungible token collections, including the Bored Ape Yacht Club, Mutant Ape Yacht Club, Bored Ape Kennel Club, Twelvefold, Otherdeed, Mara, Kodamara, Voyagers, and Sewer Pass, a non-fungible-token-collection-required to participate in the new Dookey Dash game.

On the other hand, Faraway is a digital game studio that builds and publishes open economy games, including the upcoming Dookey Dash: Unclogged, Serum City, Legends of the Mara and more. The Bored Ape Creator Yuga Labs and Faraway announced their partnership last year. At the time, the team launched the first version of their skilled-based game Dookey Dash: Unclogged. The game allowed the holders of the Bored Ape Yacht Club and Mutant Ape Yacht Club NFTs to claim Sewers Pass, a non-fungible token collection required to participate in the upcoming Dookey Dash: Unclogged game.

In the last year’s intense competition, Kyle “Mongraal” Jackson, a renowned Fortnite specialist emerged as the Dookey Dash winner and took home over $1.63 million worth of Ethereum. The Yuga Labs and Faraway are back with a new context and another $1 million prize pool for the new winner. The upcoming Dookey Dash: Unclogged is powered by ApeChain, a new Ethereum L2 Network developed by Yuga Labs.
