Wyoming Has Taken Another Major Step Toward Launching the United States' First

Wyoming is preparing to launch the U.S.’s first state-issued, fully-reserved stablecoin

The Wyoming Stable Token Commission has partnered with Inca Digital to provide security and analytics services for the upcoming launch of the Wyoming Stable Token (WY$).

The news was announced via press release by the Wyoming Division of Banking.

The Stable Token Commission will be using Inca Digital Federal LLC’s technology to perform mission-critical functions in securing the state’s stablecoin effort. The partnership will also enable the Commission to identify any systemic threats and trading irregularities.

Moreover, it will be able to detect money laundering risks with the help of deep intelligence and real-time monitoring tools from Inca – an institution that has previously served the U.S. Department of Defense and Interpol.

The partnership comes as the stablecoin market is expected to reach a $2 trillion market cap in the next three years. A public organization can balance innovation with accountability, as demonstrated by Wyoming’s stance on crypto.

“We are honored to be supporting the State of Wyoming in this groundbreaking initiative,” said Adam Zarazinski, CEO of Inca Digital. “As a trusted provider of cybersecurity and risk management solutions, we are committed to helping the Commission launch a secure, stable, and fully compliant token that will benefit the entire ecosystem.”

And Anthony Apollo, Executive Director of the Wyoming Stable Token Commission, added: “This partnership further reinforces our promise to deliver a trustworthy digital asset for Wyoming and beyond.”

Wyoming has already passed more than 35 crypto-friendly laws and is home to over 3,000 tech firms, making it a leading state for blockchain innovation.
