Before we move to Day 1, let’s talk about the previous day: Web3 Transitions Summit organized by LongHash Ventures and Yield Guild Games.

Crypto Price Update

Crypto prices saw mixed changes over the past 24 hours as the market continues to consolidate. Bitcoin (BTC) prices slipped slightly by 0.25% to reach $22,216 while Ethereum (ETH) saw a small gain of 0.07% to reach $1,683. Among the top 10 coins, XRP saw the highest gain of 2.04% while Binance Coin (BNB) saw the steepest loss of 1.16%.

Trending Coins Update

The following coins saw the highest trending searches on CoinGecko over the past 24 hours:

FLAPPI price today is $0.0000001 with a 24-hour trading volume of $10,396,300. FlAPPY price tanked 10% in the last 24 hours.

The Sandbox price today is $0.82 with a 24-hour trading volume of $455,820,080. SAND price surged 16.6% in the last 24 hours.

GMT price today is $0.20 with a 24-hour trading volume of $110,360,160. STEPN (GMT) price increased 10.3% in the last 24 hours.

Feature News: Token2049 Day 1

Before we move to Day 1, let’s talk about the previous day: Web3 Transitions Summit organized by LongHash Ventures and Yield Guild Games. We arrived at the venue a bit late and was not able to catch the talk of YGG co-founder Gabby Dizon. We did, however, catch the final few minutes of the keynote of Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin which we w rote about here.

While we are not able to get close to Vitalik, the room was moderately packed, and everyone was comfortable enough.

It’s also great that I came to this event because on Day 1, this is the crowd in Vitalik’s keynote at Token2049:

I had to stretch my arm way above my head just to get fully packed. It was completely, without question, not conducive to learning for people who were in the back.
