Tether launches AI platform: Tether AI has to free the way for a new era of artificial intelligence

Ardoino’s ambitie is ambitieus: hij hoopt “persoonlijke, oneindige intelligentie” toegankelijk te maken. Tether AI wordt volledig open source en compatibel met diverse hardware en apparaten. Flexibiliteit en schaalbaarheid staan centraal.

Ardoin's ambition is ambitious: he hopes to make "personal, infinite intelligence" accessible. Tether AI becomes fully open source and compatible with various hardware and devices. Flexibility and scalability are central.

Dankzij Tether’s eigen Wallet Development Kit (WDK) kunnen gebruikers Bitcoin- en USDT-betalingen uitvoeren zonder afhankelijkheid van een centraal punt—een cruciale stap decentralisatie en digitale autonomie.

Thanks to Tether's own Wallet Development Kit (WDK), users can perform bitcoin and USDT payments without dependence on a central point- a crucial step decentralization and digital autonomy.

De WDK is een modulair ontwikkelingspakket waarmee bedrijven en ontwikkelaeurs non-custodial wallets en gebruikersinterfaces voor Bitcoin en USDT kunnen integreren in eigen apps, websites of fysieke apparaten. Dit moet de basis vormen voor wat Tether omschrijft als “een onstuitbaar peer-to-peer-netwerk van miljarden AI-agenten”.

The WDK is a modular development package with which companies and developmentors can integrate non-custodial wallets and user interfaces for Bitcoin and USDT into their own apps, websites or physical devices. This should form the basis for what Tether describes as "an unstoppable peer-to-peer network of billions of AI agents".

Volgens Ardoino is Tether AI niet zomaar een innovatieproject, maar een strategische stap om de fundering te leggen voor een nieuw tijdperk waarin AI-technologie wijdverspreid en zelfvoorzienend wordt. In dat kader wordt ook de chatapp Keet mogelijk onderdeel van het ecosysteem, al zijn de details daarover nog schaars.

In that context, the ChatApp Keet may also become part of the ecosystem, although the details about it are still scarce.

Alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, werkt Tether daarnaast aan een US-specifieke variant van USDT—mogelijk een antwoord op de steeds strenger Amerikaanse regelgeving rond stablecoins.
