MUMBAI: Star Plus' latest show, Udne Ki Asha, starring Kanwar Dhillon and Neha Hasora, launched recently and has already managed to win the audience over.

The show, set in a Marathi backdrop, follows a wife's emotional rollercoaster journey and how she transforms her reluctant husband into a responsible person, which at some level affects the family. It tells the story of Kanwar Dhillon as Sachin and Neha Harsora as Sayali and the dynamics of their relationships.

Earlier, we saw that Aaji's birthday is approaching and Sachin and Sayali plan to celebrate it and gift her a gold chain but as they don’t have enough money to buy it, they decide to mortgage Sayali's jewellery to get the chain.

However, this becomes a trouble for Renuka as she was the one who was supposed to keep Sayali's jewellery safe but she gave it to Tejas.

As a result, Sachin and Sayali feel sad as Aaji's birthday celebration begins but they fail to get her anything.

Aaji announces Sachin and Sayali's gift to be the best and as promised, they get the ancestral gold coin but this isn't done as Sachin and Sayali are still planning to find out who stole the jewellery.
