This integration allows Microsoft developers to access indexed data from Sui, Bitcoin, and Ethereum on Space and Time.

As part of the integration, Microsoft developers will be able to access Space and Time indexed data from Bitcoin, Sui, and Ethereum through Fabric.
Microsoft Fabric is a comprehensive data infrastructure launched by Microsoft to empower businesses to seamlessly connect, store, analyze, and utilize data across diverse tools and teams. It brings together Microsoft services, such as Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Data Factory, into a unified platform.
This integration allows Microsoft developers to easily access and utilize indexed data from Sui, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. Space and Time, a decentralized data warehouse, is designed to organize and provide accessible formats of blockchain data.
The initiative aims to cater to developers who are keen on building applications with real-time blockchain data without the need to handle the raw data themselves.
Announced at the Microsoft Build conference on Tuesday, the integration signifies a natural progression in the partnership between the two companies. Earlier this year, M12, Microsoft’s venture arm, participated in a $20 million Series A funding round for Space and Time.
M12 also took the lead in the company’s earlier funding round in 2022.
“We’re excited to grow our work with Microsoft,” said Nate Holiday, co-founder of Space and Time and CEO of Make Infinite Co.
“This allows businesses, developers, and institutions to use blockchain data with confidence inside Microsoft Fabric.”
Integrating blockchain technology into Web2 systems has posed a long-standing challenge for the tech industry. From devising collaborative solutions between the two domains to facilitating seamless access to on-chain data for developers, the tech world is relentlessly pushing forward to forge new avenues and solutions.
