Could Solana, XRP, JetBolt, and Kaspa Explode Post-Election?

Could Solana, XRP, JetBolt, and Kaspa Explode Post-Election?

Several crypto insiders are speculating on which coins could dominate the Web3 space after the presidential elections, with a mix of old and new coins emerging as potential candidates.

Solana (SOL), Ripple (XRP), Kaspa (KAS), and JetBolt (JBOLT) are among the coins that have shown promising trends.

Solana (SOL) Surges Post-Election, Eyeing $200

As the US presidential elections unfold and Donald Trump cements his victory, Solana’s (SOL) recent price action and on-chain metrics are hinting at its potential to rally further, possibly even breaching the $200 mark. At press time, SOL is trading at $184, reflecting a significant surge of 13.9% over the past 24 hours.

Solana saw inflows of $5.7 million from institutional investors a week before the presidential elections. This institutional interest remained strong despite Solana’s slip below $150 in the past few weeks.

Moreover, Solana’s total value locked (TVL) reached over $6.4 billion—the highest since January 6, 2022. TVL serves as an essential metric of investor and developer interest in a blockchain. According to a recent report by crypto data analytics platform Coinglass, the Solana network processed transactions worth a staggering $224 billion in a single day. These figures highlight the immense demand for the Solana network.

With the buzz surrounding the outcome of the US elections and a surge in on-chain activities, experts speculate that a rally towards $200 is possible for SOL in the short term.

Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Moving Averages (MAs) Offer Technical Insights

From a technical perspective, SOL’s price action is encountering resistance at the 29-day simple moving average (SMA) of $183.7. However, if SOL manages to break past this resistance level, it could pave the way for a rally towards $200.

On the other hand, if SOL fails to breach the 29-day SMA and encounters strong selling pressure, it may experience a pullback towards the 50-day SMA of $169.1 or even lower levels.

As of press time, SOL’s RSI is at 76.3, indicating that the coin is currently overbought. However, it's worth noting that crypto assets are known for their high volatility and can quickly shift from overbought to oversold territories.

Overall, SOL’s price action and technical indicators suggest a potential for further price increases, but traders are advised to exercise caution and monitor the market closely.

XRP Price Sees Modest Gains Post-US Election

After the US presidential elections, Ripple’s XRP showed modest price gains the day after. XRP is currently trading at $0.5342, demonstrating a 4.6% pump over the past 24 hours.

Some crypto insiders point to the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s early election lead. Experts imply this could raise the expectations for the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) withdrawal of appeal against the court’s final ruling.

In parallel, Trump previously vowed to fire SEC Chair Gary Gensler if he succeeds in his presidential bid. Meanwhile, Trump’s rival, Kamala Harris, pledged to forge stronger regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrencies.

Moreover, experts have also noted how political shifts could affect the approval of US-based XRP spot ETFs in the market. If the SEC ratifies the approval, the decision may potentially inflate XRP’s price—similar to how the approval of Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs impacted their coin prices in January and June 2024, respectively.

Kaspa (KAS) Price Analysis: Potential Surges Post-Election

Kaspa (KAS) has shown incredible resilience lately, recovering from its tragic dip to 18% over the past month. At its current price of $0.1199, some analysts suggest it could soon rebound above $0.12.

Despite Kaspa’s significant 13.1% price increase over the past 24 hours, some analysts note that Kaspa may still be in a bear market. Its current price level is below the 29-day SMA of $0.12443.

With bearish forecasts still looming ahead, could Kaspa experience further growth once the election period is over? Some experts predict KAS could reach $0.35 by the end of the year, roughly two months after the US elections. This price increase would mark a 74% jump from KAS’s peak at $0.20, achieved in August 2024.

A pro-crypto administration could spill over into the price of cryptocurrencies like Kaspa. Analysts say the potential listing of Kaspa on centralized exchanges could boost the token’s visibility and raise its price
