Overview:

The safe is located under the reception desk at the Jackson Motel. To open it, you'll need a 4-digit code, which varies depending on the difficulty level.

Light and Standard Difficulty:

The code is 0451 for both Light and Standard difficulties. Enter the code into the safe to obtain the Gate Key and proceed.

Hard Difficulty:

The puzzle is more complex on Hard difficulty. To solve it:

Enter Room 107 by breaking through the weak wall in Room 108.

Inside Room 107, find the Toolbox Memo on the desk.

The memo contains a riddle, which leads to the 4-digit safe code (0533).

On your first playthrough, you must follow these steps to obtain the safe code:

Examine the safe to trigger a note about needing a code.

Go to Room 108 and break through the weak wall to enter Room 107.

Find the Toolbox Memo on the desk in Room 107.

Solve the riddle on the memo to obtain the safe code (0533).

Return to the safe and input the code to obtain the Gate Key.

With the Gate Key, you can now unlock the back gate and continue exploring.
