SIGN Crypto Price Explodes by 50%, Less Than 48 Hours After Launching and Listing on Binance
May 06, 2025 at 07:46 pm

The Sign Protocol (SIGN) token has seen a staggering 50% surge in less than 48 hours, following its launch and listing on Binance.
This new digital asset is being touted as a key enabler of the Sign Protocol, a blockchain network focused on building a global infrastructure for credential verification and token distribution.
Founded in 2021, the Sign Protocol has secured funding from top crypto industry venture funds, including Sequoia Capital, Circle, and YZi Labs.
SIGN was launched on the Binance exchange through the Binance Labs program. It began trading on Friday, 28th April, at a price of $0.0666.
Initially listed on Binance and BitGet, the token has since been recognized by several major crypto trading platforms, including Upbit Korea, XT.com, and BingX.
Following its listing, SIGN price quickly rallied by more than 100% to reach a high of $0.1295. However, at the time of writing, this rally has slowed, with the coin now trading at around $0.1, indicating a 20% correction from the day’s high.
Despite the slight pullback, there has been significant interest in SIGN from investors, evidenced by the 402% surge in trading activity today, pushing its 24-hour volume to $965 Million.
As SIGN becomes available on more platforms and traders continue to show interest, it is possible that the token could continue to appreciate in value.
Moreover, Bitcoin and the broader crypto market are showing signs of recovery after months of consolidation.
If this breakout is confirmed and Bitcoin resumes an uptrend, we can expect SIGN to rally alongside other altcoins.
However, it is crucial to consider a few factors before investing in SIGN.
The token is still new and has yet to be tested by market volatility, which could subject it to massive price swings.
Additionally, SIGN lacks any proven real-world utility, implying that its primary price drivers—utility and adoption—are still speculative.
In conclusion, invest in SIGN only if you have a high-risk appetite for new digital currencies. Even then, allocate a small portion of your crypto portfolio to this token and practice dollar-cost averaging as you deem it investable.
