RWS Global Promotes Hans Vollrath and Ashley Hong to New Leadership Roles

RWS Global, the creator of live experiences, has announced two leadership appointments as part of its global expansion.

RWS Global, the renowned creator of live experiences, is thrilled to announce two key leadership appointments as part of its ongoing global expansion. Effective immediately, Hans Vollrath joins the company's executive team as executive vice president of land production, while Ashley Hong becomes the new vice president of licensing.

Hans Vollrath brings a wealth of experience in delivering engaging and memorable guest experiences to new heights. With over 30 years in the industry, he has a proven track record of success in theatrical productions, theme park shows, immersive experiences and branded attractions. Most recently, Hans served as general manager at Meow Wolf, where he provided leadership and management for daily operations. He also had a fulfilling tenure at The Walt Disney Company, playing key roles in cruise operations, themed entertainment and international expansion.

Ashley Hong has over 20 years of global licensing experience and most recently pioneered the establishment of Icon Licensing, a full-service licensing agency specializing in creating strategic brand partnerships and deals across entertainment, lifestyle and fashion. Her passion for fandom and pop culture is evident in the diverse brands she has worked with, including Sanrio, VIZ Media and LEGO.
