RNDR Token From Decentralized GPU Rendering Solutions Provider Render Drops 13% in Today's Trading

The native token of decentralized graphics processing unit (GPU)-based rendering solutions provider Render has seen a decline of 13% in today’s trading session.

According to data from CoinGecko, Render’s token RENDER(RENDER) has dropped over 13% in the last 24 hours. At the time of writing, RENDER is trading at $5.16 with a market cap of $2.05 billion.

The token began the week at $6.80 on Sept. 30. However, the token took a downturn on Oct. 1, falling to $6.09.

Since then, Render’s native token has continued to decline, reaching its lowest point at $5.17 on Oct. 3.

The token did see some gains after it was purchased by whales and sharks on Sep. 25, giving it a bullish push of over 33% within a week.

This upside coincided with a fresh spike in artificial intelligence (AI)-related tokens, such as Bittensor (TAO), which saw its price rise.

During the aggressive accumulation, whales and sharks boosted Render’s total supply, adding 3.7% to their holdings.

However, the token’s price has yet to recover following its October downturn.

In a July price analysis, crypto.news explored the possible rise of RENDER in light of a 2025 bull run, which may be influenced by the growing demand for AI solutions.

Render is a decentralized platform for GPU rendering, which enables artists to utilize powerful GPU nodes around the world on demand for their projects.

The company offers rendering and AI technology solutions.

The native token of Render, RENDER, which was previously listed with the ticker RNDR, serves as the medium of exchange between users and providers of GPU power.

The Render Network is powered by OTOY technology, which includes OctaneRender software.

This software is integrated with various applications, such as Blender, Adobe After Effects, Houdini, Autodesk Maya, Unreal Engine, among others.
