PancakeSwap has introduced an AI-powered prediction bot on Telegram, allowing users to predict price movements on the BNB Chain. The new AI-powered prediction feature is built on the Allora Network's machine-learning (ML) model.

PancakeSwap has introduced an AI-powered prediction bot on Telegram, allowing users to predict price movements on the BNB Chain and collect winnings if their predictions align with the AI's forecast.

The new Telegram bot, powered by Allora Network’s machine-learning (ML) model, enables users to predict future price movements of assets like Ethereum (ETH) and BNB. To participate, users can follow these steps:

Via Telegram, users can select a prediction round to participate in, choosing to follow the AI's prediction or betting against it based on their own analysis. The AI then locks in its prediction within 10 minutes, and the round settles shortly after.

If the user's prediction is correct, they collect their share of the prize pool, which is paid out in ETH with a minimum bet size of 0.00001 ETH. A 3% fee from each round is allocated to the PancakeSwap treasury for development, marketing, and buyback programs.

PancakeSwap's Telegram bot is designed to enhance the user experience in DeFi, with plans to expand its functionality to other tokens and chains. This launch coincides with PancakeSwap's fourth anniversary celebration, where users participating in prediction rounds via the bot on September 22 can win rewards worth $4,444.

Telegram has emerged as a key platform for crypto enthusiasts, providing accessible and up-to-date market information and facilitating transactions. Prediction markets have also been gaining traction, with Polymarket hitting an all-time high in total value locked (TVL) at $120 million, according to DefiLlama.

However, it's important to note that the AI's accuracy is currently at 65%, and users are advised to proceed with caution, especially considering the volatility of the crypto market, which can lead to incorrect predictions.

PancakeSwap also highlights that the AI prediction is not guaranteed to be correct, and users should participate at their own discretion, keeping in mind the risks involved in any financial undertaking.
