The Bounty system is a new addition to Palworld that offers valuable rewards for taking down specific NPCs. These bounties are displayed on the map as circular NPC icons, and approaching them will trigger an encounter, complete with a purple aura and a large red health bar.

Defeating a bounty for the first time grants an Ancient Technology Point, while subsequent kills yield Successful Bounty Tokens. These tokens can be traded in at Vigilant Bounty Officers, who are easily identified by their heavy armor, for a variety of rewards, including Gold Coin and High Grade Technical Manuals.

Bounties respawn after a short period, allowing players to farm them for more tokens. Higher-level bounties drop more tokens, making them more efficient targets for maximizing currency gain.

It's important to note that Successful Bounty Tokens are distinct from Pal Bounty Tokens, which are species-specific items obtained by defeating Alpha Pals in dungeons or underground areas where Pal bosses are encountered.

Some Alpha Pal arenas are locked and require collecting Pal Bounty Tokens to gain access. To obtain these tokens, visit the location of the Alpha Pals and defeat them to collect all the necessary tokens.

Once collected, returning to the dungeon will allow entry and the encounter with the boss in that chamber.
