Data from on-chain crypto market aggregator and multi-chain non-fungible token explorer CryptoSlam.io shows that the global non-fungible token market has seen a slight uptick this past week. The NFT market recorded a trading sales volume of $108 million in the past seven days, indicating a 7.69% surge from the previous week.

During this period, the number of investors purchasing non-fungible token collections increased by 20% from the previous week. Nearly a million collectors purchased NFTs in the global NFT market over the past seven days, pushing the number of NFT transactions to over 1.5 million.

Ethereum, the blockchain network known for hosting most blue-chip non-fungible token collections in the NFT market, was the top-traded NFT blockchain network last week. The Ethereum-based NFT collections amassed a trading sales volume of $36 million in the past seven days. Ethereum NFT sales rose 15% last week from the previous week.

Solana, a public, open-source blockchain that supports smart contracts, including non-fungible tokens and a range of decentralized applications, was the second most-traded network in the NFT ecosystem last week. The Solana-based NFT collections gathered a trading sales volume of $22 million in the past seven days, indicating a 35% surge from the previous week.

Polygon, an Ethereum scaling solution blockchain network, was the third most-traded blockchain network in the NFT ecosystem last week. Polygon-based NFTs amassed a trading sales volume of $19 million in the past seven days. Polygon NFT trading sales declined by 5.14% last week from the previous week.

Bitcoin, the blockchain network known in the NFT market for powering Ordinals and BRC-20 non-fungible token collections, was the fourth most-traded blockchain network in the NFT ecosystem last week. The Bitcoin-based NFT collections recorded a sales volume of $15 million in the past seven days, showing a 15.40% drop from the previous week.
