Now, the token is swapping hands for $0.288 per MOODENG at 3 p.m. ET on Sept. 27. That’s an all-time high for MOODENG. The meteoric rise has also brought it to the 250th biggest market cap in crypto with a total market cap of $266.7 million.

The loveable Moo Deng, whose name means “bouncy pork” in Thai, became a global sensation shortly after her birth in July 2024. The charming hippo rose to fame after her zookeeper posted adorable clips of her on social media, capturing hearts worldwide. Now, her image is used in everything from memes to merchandise and advertisements.

According to Solscan, there are 989,968,252.02 MOODENG coins, and 23,151 people hold the new token. In total, MOODENG has seen 169,833 transfers, and the top holder has 18,141,362.25 MOODENG, which is 1.83% of the circulating supply.

The top five holders have 6.95% of all MOODENG tokens. Whether this coin will keep its momentum remains to be seen, but with Moo Deng still trending, the token’s popularity might just endure. Like other meme coins that have popped up this year, only time will tell.
