To acquire the Party Time Shield, complete Level 10 of the upcoming New Year's Treasures dig event. It features a relatively large grid, and you'll need approximately 25 to 30 Cake Scoop tokens to break through the grid and dig out the Party Time Shield.

How To Claim New Year's Top Hat Token in Monopoly GO

Another stylish addition to your Monopoly GO collection is the New Year's Top Hat. It features a classy top hat adorned with a clock and some feathers, making it the perfect accessory to start the new year off right.
