Introducing PROMPT, the native token of a new AI-powered omni-chain tool that launches on Coinbase

Coinbase traders can now buy and sell the brand-new native token of a new omni-chain tool focused on artificial intelligence (AI).

Coinbase has added support for Parallel Studio’s omni-chain AI tool, Wayfinder (PROMPT).

The top US crypto exchange announced support for the token on Thursday, the same day it launched.

Wayfinder is an omni-chain tool that is providing groundbreaking ways for AI to interact with blockchain environments, according to the project’s website.

The project’s whitepaper adds that it will also be used for blockchain-based games.

“Wayfarer is an AI agent framework able to power blockchain-chain games, with Parallel Studios’ Colony as an initial game incorporating Wayfarer’s technology, as well as provide generalized on-chain AI capabilities to both developers and non-technical users. Wayfarer’s innovations in enabling AI agents to operate within blockchain environments are achieved via the development of what is being termed ‘wayfinding paths,’ which serve as an instruction set and roadmap for AI agents. This enables them to navigate blockchain environments with the goal of attaining a unique endpoint, such as a particular DEX on XYZ chain, a decentralized marketplace, or a Web3 enabled tool.”

Coinbase (NASDAQ:COIN) traders can now buy, sell, and store the new token. The asset is available for trading against Tether (CRYPTO:USDT) pairs.

PROMPT is down more than 27% on its first day of trading.

Coinbase listed the asset with an “experimental label,” which the platform uses for tokens that pose certain risks, such as price swings and canceled orders because of lower trading volume and availability.
