The hackathon has already received 54 project submissions, including Jecta, ScoreX, and InjectHive Agent.

Injective Protocol has extended the submission deadline for its AI Agent Hackathon by two weeks, moving it to March 18 at 03:59 UTC.
The hackathon has already received 54 project submissions, including Jecta, ScoreX, and InjectHive Agent.
"We've had an incredible response to the Injective AI Agent Hackathon with some truly innovative submissions already! To give everyone even more time to build amazing things, we're extending the submission deadline by two weeks to March 18, 03:59 UTC," announced INJ.
The Injective team is impressed by the projects that have already been submitted and is excited to see what else the community can come up with.
"A huge shoutout to the teams who have already submitted their projects. We've been blown away by the creativity and ingenuity on display. We're also grateful for the enthusiasm and dedication of everyone involved in making this hackathon a success.
This hackathon is focused on pushing the boundaries of decentralized finance (DeFi) and artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
The goal is to develop new and innovative AI agents that can be used to perform a variety of tasks on the Injective blockchain, such as trading, liquidity provision, and protocol management.
To encourage participation, Injective is offering a prize pool of over $1 million in INJ tokens to the best projects.
The prizes will be awarded in three categories: Best Overall, Most Innovative, and Most Technically Advanced.
The Injective team is looking forward to seeing what the community can build and hopes that this hackathon will lead to the development of groundbreaking new applications of DeFi and AI technology.
Injective is a decentralized exchange protocol built on the Cosmos SDK, offering advanced cross-chain trading capabilities. It serves as a platform for developing and deploying AI agents that can interact with the exchange and perform a variety of tasks.
The exchange provides a suite of DeFi primitives, including spot and futures trading, lending and borrowing protocols, and liquidity mining programs.
On the Injective platform, users have full control over their funds, with no third-party intervention.
The platform supports trading between different blockchains, offering users a wide range of tradable assets.
The exchange utilizes the Tendermint consensus system, ensuring high throughput and low transaction latency.
The exchange also enables users to trade without the need to pay gas fees.
INJ is the native token of Injective Protocol. The token is used for protocol governance, staking, and participation in voting processes that address key protocol upgrades and management decisions.
