Injective (INJ) Price Soars by 6% as the Project Unveils New Developments
Jun 07, 2024 at 05:14 am
Injective (INJ) has emerged as a popular cryptocurrency token among investors and enthusiasts after bouncing back from a significant decline.

Injective (INJ) price soared on June 6, making it the second-best performing cryptocurrency on CoinMarketCap.
The surge comes after a series of positive developments, including the burning of 12,266 INJ tokens, the publication of an in-depth paper on the Injective Token ($INJ), and the integration of the Injective Protocol into Binance Pay.
Here are the main factors contributing to the increase in the price of INJ tokens.
Burnt 12,266 $INJ Tokens (Around $345,865)
According to an official announcement on June 5, 12,266 $INJ tokens were permanently removed from circulation. This announcement was made following the burning of 6 million INJ tokens by Injective users, which amounted to $169,182,660 at the time.
The project team highlighted that increased usage leads to higher protocol revenue, which in turn results in the burning of more INJ tokens. Currently, Injective ranks second only to Solana in terms of protocol revenues.
Integration with Binance Pay
On June 4, Injective announced its integration with Binance Pay, a leading global payment platform in the cryptocurrency industry.
This integration enables millions of users to utilize INJ for payments and shopping, ultimately enhancing the utility and adoption of Injective (INJ).
Injective aims to provide a user-friendly and versatile transaction method through Binance Pay's intuitive interface, facilitating convenient payments across platforms that support Binance Pay, such as the purchase of Amazon gift cards.
Injective (INJ) Token Utility and Price Impact
The Injective (INJ) team has officially published a comprehensive document that explores the fundamental utilities and mechanisms driving a programmable token economy for deflationary acceleration.
Spanning 14 pages, the document delves into the project's unique approach to tokenomics, which includes dynamic supply control and strategic token burns.
INJ Price Analysis: Chart Shows Strength, Resistance at $28
The price of the Injective coin is attempting to overcome a multi-week resistance level in an effort to recover from the losses it experienced a few months ago. Strong support for this potential breakout is present among INJ holders, likely due to the exciting developments within the ecosystem.
The Injective price encounters resistance at $28 and aims to breach it to reach the $30 barrier. If successful, this could lead to a rally towards $40, a level last seen in March, and marks a potential 30% ascent from when the altcoin dropped in mid-April.
However, if the $28 and $30 levels are not breached, we could see the price of Injective drop back to around $20. This level has acted as crucial support in recent weeks, and a drop below it would negate the bullish outlook.
