Ethereum Bulls Eye $4,000: Is the ETH Rally Back On?

Jun 26, 2025 at 10:00 am

Ethereum is showing signs of a comeback, potentially eyeing the $4,000 mark. Here's what analysts are saying about ETH's next big move.

Ethereum Bulls Eye $4,000: Is the ETH Rally Back On?

Ethereum is back in the spotlight, with bulls setting their sights on $4,000. After a recent dip, can ETH regain its momentum and reach new heights?

Ethereum's Road to Recovery

Ethereum is aligning with the broader crypto market recovery, bouncing back after briefly dropping to $2,177. Currently trading around $2,412, ETH still reflects losses over the past weeks. But don't count it out just yet.

Analyst Insights: $2,800 and Beyond

CryptoQuant analyst İbrahim COŞAR believes a decisive break above the 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) could propel ETH to $2,800, with a potential push towards $4,000 if resistance levels are breached. Ethereum needs to consistently close above the $2,500–$2,600 range to confirm a breakout.

COŞAR noted that Ethereum’s 50-week EMA remains a longer-term resistance barrier. A breach of this technical ceiling, combined with strong daily closes above short-term resistance levels, could indicate the beginning of a more aggressive upward trend. He also cautioned against excessive leverage, pointing out that macroeconomic and geopolitical events could trigger market volatility.

Optimistic Outlook: $4,800 and Even $8,500?

Javon Marks, another crypto market analyst, presented a more aggressive outlook for Ethereum. He observed that Ethereum has broken above a descending trend line, which historically aligns with upward price continuation. He projected that Ethereum could see an 81% gain to reach a target price of $4,811.71. Furthermore, if momentum builds, an additional rally could extend gains by another 77%, pushing prices toward $8,557.68.

The Bottom Line

The sentiment appears to favor a continuation of the upward trend, provided critical resistance levels are overcome and no major disruptive events emerge.

Could Meme Coins like Doge Influence ETH?

Interestingly, while Ethereum is making its moves, Dogecoin (DOGE) has also been showing strength, posting double-digit gains. This indicates a growing risk appetite across the cryptocurrency sector. Could the meme coin energy influence the broader market, including ETH? It's definitely something to watch.

Final Thoughts

Ethereum's journey to $4,000 is filled with potential, but it's not without its challenges. Keep an eye on those resistance levels, geopolitical events, and maybe even the meme coins. After all, in the crypto world, anything can happen!
