Just days after the launch of the Hamster Kombat token, another major Telegram-based crypto game, X Empire, has wrapped up its gameplay phase.

A Telegram-based crypto game called X Empire has ended its gameplay phase, just days after the launch of the Hamster Kombat token.
The Elon Musk-themed game, which allowed players to tap and earn in-game coins to invest in Musk-inspired businesses, wrapped up its “mining phase” on Monday, according to its developers.
The game, which was originally launched as Musk Empire, saw nearly 48 million players participate in the Web3 game, minting about 570,000 NFT vouchers during gameplay. These vouchers will entitle holders to a share of the upcoming airdrop for pre-market trading of the X token on The Open Network (TON).
Developers announced that the airdrop is “in progress,” and while the exact date for the X token launch on TON is still to be announced, further details regarding the airdrop will be shared soon.
Telegram's tap-to-earn games have seen a surge in popularity this year, with Hamster Kombat reportedly drawing in 300 million players and other games, like Notcoin, seeing their tokens reach impressive market caps.
As the space continues to evolve, developers are aiming to keep players engaged with new rewards and gameplay updates.
