dWallet Network Integrates with Aptos Blockchain, Bringing Zero Trust Protocols to DeFi and Gaming
Jun 08, 2024 at 05:38 am
The dWallet Network recently announced its integration with the Aptos blockchain, by introducing dWallet's inventive Zero Trust Protocols (ZTPs) to the Aptos system.

The dWallet Network has announced its integration with the Aptos blockchain, introducing dWallet’s Zero Trust Protocols (ZTPs) to the Aptos ecosystem.
This integration aims to bridge the gap between emerging DeFi and gaming applications and traditional blockchain networks.
Thanks to dWallet’s advanced cryptographic architecture, users will be able to perform native Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) transactions on the Aptos chain without the need for bridging or token wrapping.
“Bringing the decentralized, non-collusive dWallet building block to the fast and secure Aptos blockchain enables ZTPs,” said Omer Sadika, Co-Founder of dWallet.
“This will also help expand the possibilities for DeFi and gaming protocols within the Aptos ecosystem. It marks a major step towards the dWallet Network’s vision of Zero Trust and a multi-chain future.”
One key aspect of this integration is the 2PC-MPC protocol developed by dWallet Network, a state-of-the-art threshold cryptography technique that allows for the generation of ECDSA signatures without collusion.
However, the implications of this partnership go beyond technological advancements. dWallet Network and Aptos are set to enable a new generation of DeFi and gaming applications that can interact securely and efficiently across multiple chains, a capability that was previously limited by the separation of blockchain ecosystems.
“The dWallet team has spearheaded cutting-edge cryptography research to enable multi-chain Zero Trust with their novel 2PC-MPC protocol,” said Professor Benny Pinkas, a researcher at Aptos.
“I’m thrilled for Aptos ecosystem developers to be able to build ZTPs that work seamlessly across all of Web3 in a cryptographically secure way.”
