Dfinity to Demo AI Smart Contract Featuring Face Recognition, Plans ASI Coalition With SingularityNET
May 29, 2024 at 12:30 am
As per the Founder of Dfinity, Dominic Williams, the forthcoming AI smart contract demonstration will include the newly introduced feature of face identification.

Dominic Williams, the Founder of Dfinity, has stated that the upcoming AI smart contract demo will feature the new capability of face identification. However, this feature is still under development.
Dfinity is the parent company of the Internet Computer (ICP) blockchain.
AI is positioned on smart contracts by Internet Computer. It has been working to show how AI functions on ICP testnets, rendering it independent and secure.
Dfinity stated that it is making additional improvements to the AI smart contract demo piece, prioritizing real acceleration.
Multiple crypto projects are set to join the bandwagon as AI continues to dominate headlines and be defined by ChatGPT. Several entities have joined forces to create artificial superintelligence (ASI), including Internet Computer, SingularityNET (AGIX), Fetch.ai (FET), and Ocean Protocol.
This coalition aims to compete with industry giants like OpenAI and Google by offering practical products and solutions. It currently focuses on getting everyone working on the project to support the coalition. If they succeed, three separate tokens will be merged into a single token at a 1:1:1 ratio.
AI tokens appear to be carving out their own niche in a scenario that has seen the market rally. The company is now adding 1.67% to its traditional ICP and 12.32% to its new ICP.
Render (RNDR), a decentralized GPU hosting platform, has seen a 1.54% decrease over the last day, trading at $10.14.
ASI coalition tokens, like FET, as well as OCEAN and AGIX, have seen increases of 2.68%, 2.5%, and 2.17%, respectively, bringing them to $2.301, $0.9619, and $0.96. These tokens may experience further gains in the coming days.
