Dark Knights Triumph Over Terminators in Platinum Premier Cup Season 2

Dark Knights emerged victorious in the Platinum Premier Cup Season 2, defeating Terminators by 8 wickets in a thrilling encounter at the M.A Stadium in Jammu.

The match began with a coin toss, where Chief Guest Abdul Samad and Guest of Honor Shubham Khajuria had the opportunity to participate.

After winning the toss, Terminators opted to bat first and went on to score 110 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their allotted overs. Akash Ohri stood out for the team with a contribution of 27 runs, while Puneet Gautam also chipped in with 26 runs.

The bowling effort from Dark Knights was led by Rehan, who managed to claim 3 wickets, while Pranav Gupta also played a key role with 2 dismissals.

In response, Dark Knights put up a composed chase, with Bhanu Gupta anchoring the innings with a crucial 35 runs, while Pranav Gupta contributed a steady 29 runs. After Bhanu's dismissal, Rakvinder Singh joined Pranav to guide the team to victory with ease.

The Platinum Premier Cup Season 2, which featured six competitive teams, showcased high-quality cricket and sportsmanship.

At the conclusion of the tournament, several awards were presented to recognize outstanding performances. Pranav Gupta was named as the Best Batsman with 266 runs, while he also emerged as the Best Bowler with 15 wickets. Additionally, Pranav was recognized as the Most Valuable Player of the Tournament.

The Best Fielder award was jointly shared by Jaideep Nayyar, who had 12 Dismissals, and Kishan Kashyap, who hit a Maximum of 25 Sixes in the tournament.

Speaking about the tournament, Bhisham Batra, Founder of Platinum Business and Sports Network, expressed his satisfaction.

"This year's tournament was highly competitive, with all teams performing admirably. We are thrilled with the response and are confident that the next season will be even bigger and better," said Batra.
