7 Cryptos to Watch as Bitcoin (BTC) Forms Rounded Bottom, Ethereum (ETH) Trades Above Key Indicators

Last week, the benchmark blockchain asset's sharp rise has encouraged other cryptos to keep an eye on what appears to be a favorable environment.

Major blockchain asset Bitcoin (BTC-USD) declined on May 23, while ether (ETH-USD) and chain link (LINK-USD) both advanced. Among the seven cryptos to watch, Solana (SOL-USD) and XRP (XRP-USD) were nearly flat. Finally, stablecoin tether (USDT-USD) also slipped.

Collectively, the seven cryptos to watch fell by 0.2%, closing at an average price of $54,806. In the last 24 hours, volume fell by 10.1%, reaching $31.3 billion. Finally, total crypto market cap slipped by 0.3% to $2.1 trillion.

Bitcoin, the world’s largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, slipped 0.9% to $68,591. BTC has now lost four out of the last five sessions. However, the coin is still up more than 300% year-to-date.

Nr. 2 crypto ether, on the other hand, advanced 1.2% to $3,835. The coin has now gained three out of the last four sessions. Nevertheless, ETH is still down more than 50% from its all-time high.

Among the seven cryptos to watch, Solana was nearly flat, slipping 0.1% to $167.52. The coin has now lost three out of the last four sessions. Still, SOL is up more than 1,000% year-to-date.

Finally, XRP was also nearly flat, gaining 0.04% to 53.0 cents. The coin has now gained two out of the last three sessions. Nevertheless, XRP is still down more than 80% from its all-time high.
