EOS price soared by an impressive 10.09% on Friday, showcasing the largest single-day increase for the digital asset since early January. The rise brought EOS to a trading price of $0.9100 by the day's close. Despite this significant gain, EOS still trades at a fraction of its previous record high, which stood at $22.98 on April 29, 2018, marking a substantial decrease of 96.04% from its peak.

Within the past 24 hours, EOS fluctuated between $0.8138 and $0.9102, continuing a week-long trend that saw the cryptocurrency grow by 12.28%. The token's trading volume also reached 212.4 million, accounting for 0.18% of the total cryptocurrency trading activity during the same period. Over the past week, EOS's pricing ranged from $0.7479 to $0.9102.

On the broader cryptocurrency front, both Bitcoin and Ethereum experienced modest upticks. Bitcoin saw a 0.20% rise, trading at $96,626.3, while Ethereum inched up by 0.71% to $3,489.64. Bitcoin’s market cap now represents 55.83% of the crypto market, totaling $1.911 trillion, whereas Ethereum accounts for 12.27%, with a market cap of $419.93 billion.
