Crypto Project Launches Massive 50 Million Token Airdrop for Early Supporters
Apr 02, 2025 at 03:00 pm
Initia, a blockchain project focused on building multi-chain infrastructure, is gearing up for its mainnet launch with a major airdrop initiative.

Initia, a blockchain project focused on building multi-chain infrastructure, is preparing for its mainnet launch with a large-scale airdrop initiative.
As part of its effort to reward early supporters, Initia plans to distribute 50 million INIT tokens, which amounts to 5% of the project’s total token supply of 1 billion.
The majority of the airdrop tokens, approximately 44.7 million (90%), will go to nearly 195,000 users who took part in Initia’s testnet campaigns throughout 2024.
These campaigns will consist of several interactive on-chain events, designed to test Initia’s smart contract and blockchain technologies. Among the testnet campaigns are "Jennie," a virtual pet breeding program, and other unique events.
Apart from testnet participants, Initia will also be distributing tokens to users from its ecosystem partners, including LayerZero, IBC, and MilkyWay. An estimated 2.25 million tokens (4.5%) will be allocated to active users from these networks, based on their transaction records.
Furthermore, 3 million tokens (6%) will go towards community members who contributed to Initia’s growth through social engagement on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X.
The Initia Foundation noted that internal contributors will not be included in the airdrop program, ensuring that the tokens reach the broader community.
Those interested in checking their eligibility for Initia’s airdrop can do so through the project’s official airdrop platform.output: Initia, a blockchain project building multi-chain infrastructure, is preparing for its mainnet launch with a major airdrop initiative.
