Crypto.com Expands its Web Platform to Multiple Languages
Mar 14, 2025 at 05:44 pm
The desktop version of its cryptocurrency trading app, available in several languages, including across the EU, APAC, and LATAM.

Crypto.com, the cryptocurrency exchange, has launched the desktop version of its cryptocurrency trading app, Crypto.com Web, in several languages, expanding its footprint in the EU, APAC, and LATAM regions.
Announcing the development, the crypto exchange said that the new languages supported by the platform include Croatian, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, and Vietnamese, among others.
The English version of Crypto.com Web was recently launched in the EU, UK, and U.S.
Speaking on the development, Eric Anziani, President and COO of Crypto.com, said: “Our mission is to bring cryptocurrency to every wallet and a vital part of that is engaging with our users in their native languages. Crypto in its very nature is borderless and we intend to continue expanding the languages available via Crypto.com Web so we can reach a broader range of users.”
Crypto.com Secures Limited VARA License in UAE
The virtual assets regulator of Dubai has just awarded Crypto.com a limited license, permitting the crypto exchange to offer derivatives trading in the United Arab Emirates.
Announcing the development, the crypto exchange said that the additional license from the Mena country grants the platform enhanced VASP authority to provide derivatives products in the regional market.
Crypto.com’s regional entity will roll out derivatives products through the newly granted approval, including futures contracts, perpetual swaps, and CFDs (Contracts for Difference). They will first enable eligible institutions globally to access the products before allowing qualified investors to use them at a subsequent time.
The license provides USD fiat rail access to Crypto.com retail users, who can perform USD deposits and withdrawals through Standard Chartered Bank.
Crypto.com Plans to Launch Cronos ETF
In other news, the crypto exchange is planning to launch an exchange-traded fund (ETF) on the Cronos blockchain.
According to a report by Bloomberg, the move would allow users to invest in a basket of cryptocurrencies through a single product, offering a new avenue for diversified participation in the digital asset ecosystem.
The initiative highlights the evolving landscape of crypto investment vehicles as institutions and retail traders seek innovative ways to engage with the evolving digital currency market.
The move comes at a time when there is an increasing demand for crypto ETFs, especially in major markets like the U.S. Several institutions have already applied for crypto ETF approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Earlier this year, the SEC approved the first spot Bitcoin futures ETF, marking a significant milestone in the U.S. crypto legal battle. However, the regulator has yet to approve any spot crypto ETFs, despite several applications.
